Was wondering if you ever heard when taking lion’s mare mushroom therapy if you are more prone to Gout ?

I have not heard of this being a side effect of Lion’s Mane. There is no evidence to suggest that Lion’s Mane increases uric acid in the system or damages the kidneys in any way.
